Ok so I'm still learning but I'm confused on something, are these the exact games that were on console, for example I'm playing yu gi oh, theres no tutorial or anything so I don't know how to play it the right way, I never played it on 64 but it makes sense that most games game with help. Oh and Pokémon stadium 2, the mini games don't work, is it just the emulator, the file or what.... sorry if I don't make sense I'm just trying to figure this out.

For your first question, it really depends on what game you are playing. A lot of them are the exact same as the console. However, you can find hack versions of games which are made by other people (not on Vizzed) using the program of the original. To know which are hacks, just look at the game's descriptions. If there is none, it is likely a hack. Or it might tell you it is a hack. But if the description has anything that says "Box description", it should be an unchanged game that is like the original.

The Pokemon Stadium games have parts that require the N64 Jump Pack (or something like that). I do not know of an emulator that can recreate that for ROMS, but I am sure there are some out there. But in the console, you can't play them without that pack. As such, you can't play them with an emulator unless it is able to code for the jump pack, which the Plugin here does not do.
