I think this would go better if it was in Video Game Franchises since we're talking about Mario Kart in general.

I love the Bowser stages, but the Rainbow Roads are pretty classic.

My favorite Mario Kart stage would probably be the Rainbow stage from Mario Krt Wii. While I haven't had that game in forever, I still remember playing that level so many times, trying to perfect it, and eventually getting to that point. Other than that one, I don't really remember any others.

I really loved the Battle Course stages. Where you would fight 1v1 against a friend. Me and my buddies spent hours going at each other in this game. Great times.
