So basically, you go to http://www.speedtest.net and dont click your recommended testing server. For example, i live in Adelaide of Australia. On SpeedTest it is the Lower Middle Server (between the cluster on the right and the single one on the far left.)
I have 1.5Mb ADSL Internet. (1.5Mb down, 256K Up) Highest available internet without upgrading to ADSL2 (10Mb-24Mb Cable). But, i'm looking to upgrade

And show us some really stupid tests  Like, Americans testing to Sydney (Australia)

And by my tests, I think its 10mbps. (10/8 = 1.25 = about 1.25mb/s download which is what I got downloading from sourceforge before.)
