I'm sorry, but he is right. If you want a card for 1,500 points (which is 20 dollars), you will have to be willing to give 20,000 Viz just so they break even. Nobody will spend 20 dollars to get a Viz return of 11%.  You will need to up your price offer or lower the cost of your purchase to get any offers.
