Depression is a bad thing,

I can feel it at my door,

I can't face moving house again, to redirect my address again, I am scared,

New job is stressful, Vizzed a playground, but not soulful unless one makes a connection, can you talk to my heart?

I love the fact there are no trolls here, I love you all.

The only constant thing in life is change... We must all manage to adapt to it somehow.

I suggest you sit down and make a to-do list and/or timeline of tasks, so you can tackle things effectively. Once you lay out what your goal is, and what exact steps you are going to take to get there, it will feel much more manageable. Also: And allow yourself some time for obstacles or plan-changes that may come up unexpectedly.

Allow some time for yourself, every day. Listen to music, talk to a family member or friend about something lighthearted, go for a walk, take a hot bath, eat something nice... Heck, maybe even work out and increase your endorphin levels. During this time don't think about work. We all have an extra 30 minutes if it means improving our stress levels or wellbeing.

And remember we are all in this struggle together, called life.. You are never TRULY alone. You have people in your life that love you and want to see you succeed.

It's okay we all can feel depressed/ stressed sometimes.

Like Annette says just take the time to plan your course of action, As it should help you manage your stress and be overburdened by the task ahead.

You could always find a new hobby or interest to try and take your mind off things. It's what I usually do when I'm feeling particularly depressed/stressed.

Also help is always available to those who ask/seek it. It may not seem it at times but there is quite a few decent people out there that are willing to help.

I wish I could help more than give advice, but hopefully this helps you slightly.

Annette gave some awesome advice already, and I cannot really add more to that other than to say that we are all here to listen to you should you feel the need to vent about this. Moving sucks, I know that for a fact now. That list idea, I must say, is solid gold.

The new job will get less stressful as you settle into it, just give it a few months.
