Simple Pokemon Diamond is For the Nintendo DS and it will cost way to much money to put up NDS games on the site in other words We will probably never see Pokemon Diamond on this site.
So it looks like the only way for you to play it is if you get a ds and a pokemon diamond game.
Or you can try some of the older pokemon games.

There are translations of pirated games "Telefang Power and Speed versions" which are called Pokemon Diamond and Jade for GBC. I could see about getting them in the RGR.
