If I want to play any game it still says that he can't download the Rom. I had just this morning installed the new plug in.

Games are currently down, that's why you can't load and play them (with the RGR emulator I do believe it's the only one which is messing up). I don't know when it will be fixed so we have to be patient. I hope I helped you
