I saw a few people asking about this in the chat box, so I figured I'd just post it. The 9 Regional starters can be found at the following locations-

Bulbasaur - Route 9
Charmander - Rock Tunnel
Squirtle - Vermillion City

Chikorita - Vermillion end of Cerulean to Vermillion Underground Path
Cyndaquil - Route 24
Totodile - Cerulean City (after DIG house)

Treecko - Near entrance to building before Viridian Forest
Torchic - Building after Viridian Forest
Mudkip - Pewter City

I think I already got all of them, but thanks for filling in everyone. I've got the readme document that came with FRO when I downloaded it, and that has tons of information.

Also, when I google "fire red omega starters" this comes up as the second non-video result.
