I might be wrong, but I don't think that is possible. The big difference between games on a video game console (even disc games) and a computer game is that you don't have to install console games onto your console to play them. PC games require the disc, but they still can't be played directly off the disc like console systems. You have to install the program onto your computer to even be able to play the disc. I don't think you can make a ROM for something that you have to install like that.

Yeah, it just depends on what type of pc game is in mention here - old pc games such as dos could be added if finances allowed for the development or whatever, but windows executable games are the type that won't be added.

It might be an interesting feature to the RGR plugin, but it would be much quicker for you to download Dosbox and a good Frontend (a seperate program which makes using Dosbox easier).  Most old DOS games can be legally downloaded from sites (google search them eg. "elder scrolls dos download" etc..)

Adding PC games on vizzed can be useful, but the RGR is basically only for the past generation games, maybe if we ever have a Room based on this generation games (Video Game Room) maybe it'll feature a couple of PC games. Who knows.
