I had a similar problem.

My zoom level setting on Internet Explorer caused the screen to go off center and look weird, so I returned zoom to 100% and restarted vizzed.

Also, try moving around the game window and see if it "lines up"

Those are two very very simple explanations - but they both worked for my alignment issues. If the problem is more severe, then I don't know.

This can usually be fixed by clicking outside the game window on the web page and press Ctrl and 0 (zero). If that fails, you might have to set your desktop resolution to a higher or lower setting.
