The TMNT have had some ups and downs in regards to their video games. This is one of those ups.
It's a pretty simple beat-em-up. Controls are simple and easy to use. You pick one of the four turtles and play through four stages with them. Each turtle has a different moveset and different method of platforming that helps them cross the unique stages. While the game is short, it's still fun enough to warrant a re-play on higher difficulties.
