Ok its been  a little while since I came on. I went to play some of the Pokémon hacks and Zelda games I haven't finished and I load them just fine. But for some reason none of the buttons are working. I press start and nothing. Press the A and nothing. I uninstauled and reinstalled but nothing helped. Any one have any ideas to help me?

Probably you have a dodgy keyboard or its bad emulation. Pokémon green has emulation problems and controls don't work. Try changing the joystick settings in the rgr plugin or use the java version instead.

When you reinstalled the plugin, did you make sure that all your browser windows were closed while it was installing? Having browser windows during installation tends to cause problems with it. If you didn't close your windows, try it gain only close your browser windows when you start the installation process. If you did do this, are you able to double click the screen to configure the controls?

Sorry I realized what happend....kind of.  I did many system restores a while ago and some how it changed some of my Internet security things. I don't know which one of the boxes I check marked that made it work but what ever was disabled I enabled and my keyboard started working for the games again.
