I've installed the RPG maker AND its RTP...but it still won't load!
An error saying" The Procedure Entry Point AddFontResourcesExW could not be located in the dynamic link library GDI32.dll"
If anyone knows what to do please help! I spent all night downloading this thing!

If I remember correctly (since I am the one who provided the upload), I have a very detailed readme file included with the download, which you need to read VERY carefully. If you do any step wrong, VX won't work.
