Golden Sun is a good game out of many, and though it has a tricky story line and many different things in it, its a good game none the less. But how is it to you?

I bought the first Golden Sun from a video game-trade in store - Play N Trade to be specific.

I thought at first it would be lame, but after playing it past the beginning it sparked interest. I ended up playing about 80-90 hours of it on the Game Cube Game Boy Player attachment, then about the same on the squeal: The Lost Age.

I haven't got the chance to play the 3rd on NDS yet though. I do have the rom and emulator haha.

I think the Golden Sun series is a decent one if you like adventure/RPG games. I enjoyed playing the first 2 anyways.

I saw this thread and figured I'd look into the game... The game gets good reviews from just about every site I could find. I really enjoy RPGs and even the random encounter RPGs, so I figured that this game would be right up my alley. I just started playing it tonight , it seems like it might be a game I'll enjoy , I just haven't gotten very far into it yet. I think I just have a hard time getting into any handheld games because of the graphics and the fact I'm playing at home so I could be playing something with better graphics.

I'll come back and let everyone know what I thought once I get further or beat the game.

ZeegSerpentine : Isn't it just a rumor though? Either way I don't think I'd buy it right away - I'd rather play something on a larger screen. I can't even get the Dark Dawn game going with any emulator lol.
