Dreamcast is capable of playing many roms, including NES, SNES, GB, GBC, possibly GBA, Genesis and a few others. Dreamcast is very similar to the XBox in the sense that it's very easy to develop on.

Anyway, I forget what those emulators are called but if you do a quick google search on emulators for the dreamcast, you'll find some good stuff.
