This one took me awhile because everyone covers a good topic.

Speaking of "Repeat"?
I hate when the controls are altered to a game sometimes.
I also hate it when a controller adds or takes away buttons with the next new system.
But that can be gotten around with a joystick (Frigging things cost $100.00 bucks?).

I am mostly annoyed with or even angered with the next sequel of a game changing the button scheme in such a rediculous manner that you have to relearn everything that used to be second nature. (Particularly with fighting games.)
Back in the day it was not that much of an issue. Street Fighter 2 to Street Fighter Alpha was not a hard transition. Mortal Kombat 3 to 4 was not hard either.
But Each Soul Calibur Game Reinvents the wheel so much so that They should not even bother Calling the games "Soul Calibur Sequels".

It is one thing to transition from the old stuff that might work well to new stuff that works really well. Like Dante from Devil May Cry 3 to Dante from Devil May Cry 4.

But I hate it when Controls are redone so awkwardly that they do not even make sense.

Remember the S.N.E.S. fighting games that have you hold "up" to block?

Why can developers not keep the concept of control smooth with all of the great hits that continue to make cash to this day even?

The giant hurdle of what button does what an where it should be on the control device has already been done.
Why do they keep making poor controls or unbelievably wildly different controls that force too much change that is too uncompfortable?
Just Why?

One of the things that causes me to get mad is a lagging or glitching up (in a not-so-funny way).
Also, It's really depends on the game, but normally I really don't get mad but some reason that is does.
Like for an example, if I can't be able to figure out on how to completing the game, or when playing a GTA game and I can't beat a certain mission because of an "outside interference" in the game (like getting killed by someone that isn't part of the mission).

When i die repetitively at the same spot. Nothing worse. 

I actually don't mind me getting angry, if I get angry at a game it usually means I care about the game. Like one of the games I get mad at must is Super Smash Bros Melee because of the pure competition aspect, nothing about Super Smash Bros Melee is a bad game, I just hate losing.

Lots of things can annoy me in games.

1. Cheap hits

2. Repetitive gameplay 

3. No continues

4. One hit deaths

5. Loading times

6. Poor design

Well I just got through playing a really cool Pokémon game called freaking Pokémon ruby destiny guardian of life. I just made a mistake, and pressed f4, and it brought me all the way back to the true beginning so I just quit on it. I am not in the mood to play it anymore so I'm just gonna go play something else that is what ticks me off when playing a game. I save it a long time ago, and some Just has to screw that up -(. I don't like that one bit at all it makes me sick.

Okay I have some reasons:
If I die for a Stupid Reason like I didn't move and I didn't attack the enemy.
If I can't win < Only if I lose 100 times!
And if a Game is boring and easy.
That's all I guess.

This is an interesting question!

What makes me so angry when playing a game is:

1. Constant Death - I hate dying constantly, meaning you have to restart the level and or/game. It's so annoying and makes me 'crack up'. It really makes me mad.

2. Lag - Playing a great game with friends. Example: Black Ops Zombies. Enjoying the game, everything's sweet. Lag wants to annoy me so my internet slows down dramatically and everyone lags and the game lobby gets closed because of lag. This makes you lose the high round that you were at - very, very frustrating, and thus making me angry.

3. Intro's - Super, Super, Super long introductions that are completely unnecessary, I just sit there breaking the A button because I'm pressing repetitively. Intro's are so annoying, especially when you've watched them so many times and you've already completed the mission. One's that you can't press START to skip =   

That's about it. 

I hate it when you finally have enough money too buy a really expensive weapon or something but then have to pay to continue the story. (doesn't happen in many games but when it does...)
