I really was irratated with the hill gigas or whatever its called, i ran into that thing so many times and there really hard to defete once in this cave i ran into 3 of them man ones hard enough but 3 i died really fast and my chars where lvl 45 ouch (there in FF2 Dawn of souls)

I hated Edea in final fantasy 8, not because shes hard lol.. but because she had that horrible status effect on your card game pass over.

Oh and the final boss of either ff4 or 5 i dont remember wich, havent played those 2 that much. He was just hard.

mehhh i would have to say that the original chaos(a.k.a. vincent valentine) was the most annoying. . . unless you wanna take on Sephiroth with a lvl 37 sora in kingdom hearts(and win with no cheats)
and finally many people said that the final arena boss in ffx
(Nemesis) was the hardest/most annoying boss due to his 10,000,000 hp! . . . yeah that kinda sucks when he can kill you in one hit and you can only deal a max of 99,999 damage with each person so lets see that means you need to hit him for max damage at least 101 times O.o well good luck at max damage and so one it took me half an hour to beat it. . .
