Simple question, really - out of all of the Final Fantasy villains/antagonists of the games that you've played, which ones were the ones that got under your skin - in terms of fighting them, or just their personality? Was there anyone that made you smile with satisfaction or even pump your fist and shout a jubilant "HA!" as you saw them melt away or disappear for the final time?

The one that got on my nerves the most was Seymour from FFX. The hair was the first thing that I noticed. I mean, even for an RPG character, it's got to be breaking some sort of rules. It goes straight out of his head in two different directions like sickle blades. I mean, how much gel did he have to use to get that look? And where did they go during the wedding scene with Yuna? Did they disappear into the top of that huge hat he was wearing? To make matters worse, he was an utter megalomaniac.

And then battling him...true, his first form's a bit of a pain if you're underpowered, but his second form is so irritating because of his sudden ability to cast level 2 attack magic three times in a row.

I wanted to slap Yuna. If she'd just sent him in the first place, we wouldn't have to flipping fight him three more times.

I found Flux to actually be easier than Natus. Except for the Lance of Atrophy. Didn't like that much.

Omnis...very annoying. Omnis had those three little elemental pinwheels of doom. You had to hit them to keep Seymour from using all manner of unfriendly magic that all ended with '-ga.' I was so happy to finally get rid of him. Naturally, he has some last parting words before he was finally sent. Something about Spira continuing to suffer.

Well...Spira's on its own for the next chapter because FFX-2 sucks.

haha Seymour was probably the most annoying Evil FF Character, because of how full of himself he was. Not even Sephiroth in all his wonderful power was that sure of himself.

Further more, By the time i fought Seymour for the last time, i had built my stats enough to defeat him before he even made a move.

*Yuna - Holy* = 50K
*Yuna - Holy* = 50K
*Auron - Attack* 30K

dead... something like that

<3 Break Damage Barrier and covering almost the entire Sphere grid.

Seymour does suck, but you know who's more annoyingly morbid?


KEFKA

He kills everything, laughs, and he's a midget; but magically at the end he turns into a towering, muscular beast with wings and could just poke you and you'd receive 9999 damage.

Sephiroth if your level 50 . . . supernova twice in a row insta kills me then again 1 kills all but one guy. . . .

While he's not really a villain per se, FFVIII's Raijin. I dunno but everytime he speaks he says "ya kno" and i absolutely hate it. I remember playing Kingdom Hearts 2 and wanting to punch my TV because not only did they have a bad voice actor, but he's just so incredibly annoying.

Hmm.. probably.. The snake (Midgar Zolem) from FFVII. It might not be considered a villian per ce, but it kills you in the beginning by looking at you, is the only (maybe) place you can get Beta for the enemy spell materia, but you go back 1/2 through the game and you can kill it without a problem. That's annoying, I wish it leveled with you xD A giant snake level 99... you would die xD

The many FF1 boses that had rub. It was almost impossible to win a alot of boss battles with all your characters still alive

Seymour was a pain, but the villain i hate the most is Zodiark, the esper of darkness from FF12. I still havent beaten it, he keeps beating me with that stupid Darkja when i get his hp really low

Love to hate: Kefka.

Hate and just plain hate: Seymour.

Either Emerald Weapon in Final Fantasy 7

or

Ultima Weapon in Final Fantasy 8

Both were really tough, required lots of strategy and required you to patience and to have almost maxed out stats.

I forgot about emerald weapon, when i beat him i was so happy. it took me over 20 tries. but i used a secret way....and no i didn't cheat

Yea the weapons from FF7 and 8 were the toughest i have yet to beat the underwater weapon from 7

I hated the villain from Ix he pissed me off so much

I killed all the bosses in two hits!
except the last one; he lasted 5!

Seymore was annoying, and jevova and sephiroth were really hard to kill

I agree, I don't even know what the point of Raijin and Fujin was, they did nothing for the game and were just pointless characters.

i thought it was the woman from ff x-2 err. leblanc logos and ormi. those were an irratating bunch lolz. oh how i love final fantasy games.
