What am I doing wrong here. I downloaded the first emulator for SNES and the S collection. I have never downloaded a collection instead of single games before and it seems like the process is different? I unzipped the collection file, but when I try to open the file in the emulator it wont load. Where would I even select the game I want to play at?

You will want to extract the SNES S Collection and than each rom within that are also compressed in a .zip format. Usually emulators will play the SNES roms in the .zip format but you may also just want to extract each rom individually (i think the snes roms are each in a .zip format).

Anyway, after your roms are ready to be loaded, open up the emulator (i really recommend zsnes) and load the rom which you want to play.

I'm not sure how else to explain this better. If that doesn't work, which emulator you using and what operating system do you have?

Within ZSNES, you'll want to browse to the directory you unzipped the SNES rom pack to.

That doesn't seem right, it's suppose to extract to multiple files. What program did you use to extract and how did you go about extracting?

I'm at work right now but when I get home I'll try downloading it and try it out for myself. It worked fine before so that's odd that it'd be doing that. I will let you know in about 5 hours what the problem is.

Try extracting it into a folder, then going into the folder, and seeing if the files are there *Before* going into the emulator.

That way, you can tell if the zip is broken.
