I am not sure if it is my settings in the game or if it is the game that has problems with the sound. I turned the sound off because most of the games I play don't require it. I prefer Pandora, which for me took some time changing the settings in games so the sound wouldn't play. I don't know a lot on how to do this, but now that I am trying to get sound on John Madden for the super Nintendo I cant! I have speakers blaring and nothing is coming. This may be the settings due to me messing around so much with them without knowing what I was doing. I have changed them to what I think should be working and I am still not getting sound in John Madden. Can someone help me out? If they do get sound can you tell me what your settings are? Could be maybe a number of things, but first you say you messed with settings?

I'm fairly certain the settings you see in the picture are the default settings. Are those the settings you have?

Goldberg19 : Which version of Madden are you trying to play for Super Nintendo? Does this sound issue just happen with that particular game, or does it happen with all games?

No those were not the settings I had, I kept changing them when I couldn't hear anything and I am not sure if I tried those settings or not. I got on today and made sure my settings were with yours and not it works =) THANK YOU! Greatly appreciate your help Jordanv78 and tRIUNE.
I could hear sound on the other games, like Mario Cart it was just the john madden football that didn't work. I think I might have had the sound to low and changed the settings and then when I turned the sound all the way up I had the wrong settings, I think. I just care that my settings match tRIUNE and I wont have any problems
