Hey Guys, Liam here.
I'm really stuck with some bullying problem at school.
Me and my best friend, Luke look a lot like, and Luke was playing football last Tuesday.
He won the match with some other guys, (I was watching near the field, drinking some juice.) But the other team had a really big bully on their side.
That guy (The bully) Loves to win and hate to lose.
Luke had scored against him, and Max (The bully) Wants to beat him up.
He is really bad with faces, so when I went to go get my bag, he thought I was Luke and he told me a few things too rude to mention.
So, he said on Monday, he's gonna beat me up, right?
I knew he thought I was Luke, cuz he said Luke.
I can't decide how to take this, so can you guys give me some hints?
The first one Max sees will get beat up. We both need to avoid him, but I don't have any idea how.

Well, if this is happening on school grounds, you should first and foremost let your school principal know about this. Depending on how your principal handles those kinds of things, he can make sure the other teachers have him under close watch. If you walk home, take a different route that he couldn't see by going the route you usually go home. Stay after school a little bit if you can so he might give up waiting. But yeah, let your school faculty know. By all school policy, they can't ignore it unless they want a lawsuit on their hands in the event that something does happen on school grounds.

rcarter2 : Small problem... The principal Is always busy, and the teachers don't want to listen to me, there is only one way home (except the wall, but that leads into some cranky old lady's garden)
Also, Max always lies in by the gates when he wants to bully someone.
He might even strike at lunchtime, so I'm just stuck.

I might brainstorm a plan with Luke. Ross might help too. He found a few ways to sneak up on us, so he might know how to get around this.

Oh man, I hate these kind of problems. "Telling the teacher" would be the "right thing" to do, but it NEVER does anything. The bully isn't gonna listen to the teacher, they never do. Unless you can get a teacher to actually do something about it and not just tell the bully to stop, then there's not a whole lot you can do, except for try to learn some self defense.

Is it too late to help? I'd say to avoid fighting him and try to make a friend out of him? Bullies tend to have problems at home, few if any close friends, pent up angry/sadness/depression, and so forth. If I were in your shoes, I'd ask him why he bullies, if he has any personal troubles, try to help him out. If none of that works, make him laugh and run like heck!

I listened to you all. He got us on Wednesday instead.
I tried to stand up to him, but Luke and Ross made a plan.
If I went on top the roof and then made strange noises, I can distract him, and Ross will get Tom to kick his ass.
Tom is pretty big, so it was easy to defeat him.
He didn't look like he wants to mess with us again!
