This is a Mini Review on the game Super Mario Bros. DX, a graphics modification of the original SMB. The levels are the same, the music's the same, everything but the graphics are the same. The graphics are what made me try the game. They looked cooler, if a little too brighter, that the original. While I would have liked to see the levels or the music changed a little, the hack is still pretty cool. I hope to see further improvements on this hack in the future, and maybe I might find it better and more addicting.

I realize that this is a hack, and it can be very hard to make a review that simply compares it to the original version. But do you think since a lot of the things are the same as the original, you can talk about them as if this game were the original? If someone hasn't played the original, then simply saying the levels are the same, music's the same, etc, that means nothing to them. Even though this is a hack game, it is still an individual, and should be reviewed as one.
