Dark Cloud 10 pp

Description- Hovers over enemy with ten percent chance of poison.

60 power.  100 accuracy.

Poison type attack.

I would make the attack water burst, where it unleashes a huge burst of water and makes the Pokemon hit by the attack go back in to it's Pokeball.  It would be similar to Roar, but damage would be inflicted too.

Only Rashiram can learn it.

Pulse Blast: 100 acc, 95 pwr, 15 pp.
Type:fighting
Effect: 40% chance of the foe flinching.
Description: A ball of energy is made between the hands and fired at the foe in a beam.

Dark Powers: Its a dark type move but if used on a pokemon with a weakness to Psychic it hits as a Psychic move dealing super effective damage.
Psycontrol: It allows a psychic pokemon to control the pokemon for the next turn but it can only be used once and the control options would be: Sleep, Attack, or Switch out which would make the pokemon go back in its ball.
Psyelement: Much like Dark Powers it would be a Psychic type move but if used on a Dark Pokemon it would become a Dark Type move hitting normal damage
Eeveelutions: If you keep your Eevee and choose not to evolve it, it would be able to learn this move which would turn into whichever eeveelution type is super effective against your opponent if there is one
Item Changer: Can only be learned by Poison pokemon. If you use this before your opponent uses an item in the same turn it poisons the item changing a potion from healing 20 to damaging 20 and like that but Max Potion would put the pokemon in red and Full Restore would put in red and Paralyze

effect: Hits all foes and may freeze 20%

Black hole of doom only arcs can learn it effect all the players poke balls go into a black hole and make it a auto win pp 1 since it very powerful.

Typhoon Strike: Water type. Gets them stuck in a typhoon that lasts 1 to 2 turns 40 power.
