Anyone figured out a way to save a franchise or season mode for EA sports games?

When I load NHL '95 for Sega Genesis and continue my season, it loads to a date and game that I've already played. I've used the (F2) saved state, and just opened the game up, as it had been saving in-game.

Any help appreciated.

Hmm that's strange. So you are saying that you are using the RGR save feature, and then loading it using F4 and it reverts back to a game you already played?

If I remember correctly, after you finish a game in those old sports games, you have to tell the calendar to skip ahead to your next game, or watch the computer simulate each game.

Look for a "skip to next game/date" option
