I got the NO$GBA DS emulator and then Zelda and the Phantom Hourglass, But when i load it in the game it starts fine for a second then says "Data could not be read. Turn the power off and reinsert the Game Card.". Anyone have any ideas as to what i did wrong or how the problem can be fixed? I'm trying to decide whether its a good enough to be worth buying.

Thanks for posting!! I haven't played and GBA roms myself but I know a lot of people on this forum have. I do know that Zelda is one of the most popular roms for GBA so it is probably worth buying.

NO$GBA is for DS aswell, not just GBA.

Generaly DS emulators suck when it comes to commercial games, they are usually laggy and stuff. NO$GBA isnt ment for games, its actualy a developers tool.

You cant beat the good ol DS though

The reason i need to know for sure is that i have zelda windwaker, and the ocean theme was really boring. I got pretty far but got too bored to beat it. I see that the phantom hourglass has some sort of an ocean theme to it and i need to make sure its any good because i don't want to waste my money.

I'm running linux, and ironically, the linux DeSmuME client does not work with TPH, it just sits there with a black screen, although it could be something on my end. However, the game does work with my version of NO$GBA running through a windows emulator, except the game is in spanish.
