Good day ladies, gentlemen and everyone in between.

I'm looking for a safe, reliable web hosting...now there are a large number of them online so I would like your input. My requirements...

1) Basic hosting must be free (I'm fine with paying for extra bandwidth and whatnot assuming the price is right). No monthly fees for keeping the website up. I'm fine with something else being in the domain name (like mysite.yola.com).
2) The hosting servers must be outside of the United States. I have no intentions of creating or uploading illegal content, but with SOPA being so vague, I would rather steer clear from servers under US jurisdiction as an extra safety measure in case I do make a blunder.
3) Again, relatively safe and reliable would be nice.
4) Must be able to support video formats if humanly possible.
5) A means to add my own flair to the website (aka upload my own items for backgrounds and whatnot).

Please drop by any suggestions or comments on such and...thank you all.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
