Yes it's a torrenting site. Basically a share ratio means you have to upload atleast 30% as much as you download. So if I downloaded 3 gigs worth of stuff, I need to upload atleast 1 gig worth.

Even though they don't have any newer stuff like xbox 360 iso's or ds roms, they do have everything that's older just tons of other rare stuff.
