I think this may be a stretch to ask for, but the original JAPANESE pokemon blue (not green or red the one they released after them)

tRIUNE: I made a few more Pokémon 3 in 1's. The main purpose of these hacks are to keep all other Pokémon the same, but add the starters. I can't tell you how much I hated not being able to have all starters as a kid. This solves that problem.
