I would not recommend  Zizzagoon or pochaina i would go for like keep your starter Pokemon for awhile and go to petalburg forest and catch a Shroomish or somthing  more powerfull Pokemon less common. i know they say catch'em all but some are just to knock out!

I caught a Ralts on rout 102, it's now a Gardevoir level 50 and I used it alone to beat the elite 4 champion
I just used calm mind a couple times and then my Psychic attack killed his Pokémon in 1 hit each

slakoth : max out the attack Effort Value (by killing a lot of poochyena) and then use hyper beam TM
ralts or abra : as psychic attacker
aron : as physical  tanker

and additional.,
wobbuffet : from ( egg - wynaut ) capturing latias or latios
one dragon Pokémon,. I cant decided which the better one

I would say that you should catch Zizzagoon and keep it as an HM slave if nothing else. It learns enough HMs so that it could have 4 on it so you have more room for Pokemon that you want to carry.

i do not think that zigzagoon is a useful pokemon but he is good for HMs and you should try to catch a feebas because Milotic is a good pokemon
