I have not watched any tv series of either, but game wise Batman because of the Arkham series.

I prefer not to look at the TV series to do what Batman was supposed to be like. The TV series really altered the content and atmosphere of Batman to make it more appropriate for kids. Superman did not need to do that. I am a Batman guy. Batman is just a BA. And the stories were extremely dark and disturbing compared to the TV series. Where Superman villains had diabolical plans of world domination, a lot of the villains of Batman were truly psychotic, evil, and brutally cruel. Batman is one of the strongest minded heroes I have ever seen. He has to endure through so much mental tortures from enemies like the Joker (who is not near as goofy and funny as the TV shows depict). He is awesome. Side note, the Arkham games really give you the right idea on what the original Batman stories were like.
