Poptropica is a fun little site. I used to go there all the time as a kid.

I saw one of the kid clients I work with playing this game. It looked childish, so I didn't bother with it except just to help him out with parts he was having trouble with. But I got really bored, and then decided to make a character to pass some time. Pretty much breezed through all the available islands available (there were like 9). It is a great little game for kids.
