well for me it opens up by clicking open it....its like an application file...it is a set up wizard...you just have to follow the steps.... Next....Next....Next....agree to terms and conditions ...that's all...and it will install...[If you were able to download it will open ..just right click and open..it is not a zip file that will need zip to extract file.... ]

Well in my case I was able to open it, but states that there are some files missing...like that...
