Answers to questions not asked?

Do you ever get answers to questions you have not asked?

I get them all the time or I give them, here is an example from a recent text exchange e.g.

Friend: How are you, done anything nice for Christmas?

Me: Happy Christmas, I wish you and your family well.

Friend: I did not ask that.

Me: I know, but I was feeling to embarrassed to answer your first question.



All I can say is with regards to the above, ain't depression a killer! but we should not want to rid ourselves of it, better to listen to what it has to say as it is a reminder of our mortality as humans.

I receive and give answers and questions when not asked or asked so. I think it has something to do in are genes that gives us the need to be right. Studies have shown that the majority of people well continue to support a wrong answer even after it has been proven unquestionably wrong.
