1. Wobuffet: With his skills he can send evry attack with dobbl power back so he can not destroyed
2. Shedinja: With his power is evry attack useless how is not very evektive and all other atacks he can negat with scan.
3. Absol: He can lern the strongest atacks from evry elemantel and with his power he can avoid most of atacks.

I would have to say the best all-round pokemon would be Blissey. In final evolution, Blissey has an extremely high HP and SPEC. DEF. If combined with moves like bide, counter, softboiled, and toxic, it is very hard to one-hit KO Blissey with a non-special attack. The amount of damage that Blissey can endure generally sets her up for a one-hit KO return with bide or counter. If you do succeed in damaging her, leftovers and softboiled will most likely keep her alive without much trouble. If you have no way to remedy poison, and she hits you with toxic and then continues to heal, you're pretty much on a steep downhill decline to fainting. If you can get around the weakness to status ailments, she's definately worth a few slots on any roster.
