Right, so after the new Plug-in was made, does the post-Elite Four save work, or does it just corrupt your save file again? Okay, that's all I wanted to know. I know that the Circuit Board thing still doesn't work, so I was just wondering about this post-saving thing as well. Okay, thank you.

It's okay. The answer is no. It isn't an issue with the plugin. It is a ROM thing. The coding that allows the cartridges to continue after the completing the game simply can't be recreated with a ROM. So unfortunately, the only way you can do all the things that you can't do until after you beat the Elite Four is to play a hack version of the game that allows you access to all that stuff before beating them.
