By sprite i assume 1 of 2 things.
1: you mean the custom pictures that some users have as there user pics or beside there names,you can upload these after leaving noob rank,to do that is signed up for a week and at least 10 posts.
2, and more likely,you mean the little pictures people have like pokemon and supermario?they change every time you rank up,the best means of ranking up is posting.
