My fiancée and I usually play a little game on our "BIG" Christmas Gifts to each other. We usually set a few rules that must be followed. This year though it has been a bit tough with this rule set and me working so late. I have 4 days to get a gift for my fiancée and I am at a loss. These are the rules:

1. The receiver has never mentioned it before.
2.  It has to be unique.
3.  Must not be too extravagant.
4.  Gift Cards are not permitted.
5.  Food is not allowed.
6.  Cannot be bought at Wal-Mart.

You could make something?
Candles arent that hard,you can make them watever shapes you wanted.you could also put unique fragrances in.
Thats not particularly big though.

Make a sculpture out of something... whether it's soda cans, rocks, or old bottles. Odds are if you work to make a sculpture it will have never been mentioned, it would be unique, not too extravagant, is not a gift card, it's not food, and you cannot buy it at Walmart... to my knowledge.

I think you hamper yourself when you say they can't mention it.  It's easier to listen to your significant other and hear what they want if they mention things in passing.  That way you can give them exactly what they like.  My wife mentioned on a few ocassions over the past few months she wants to go to Ireland.  I bought her a travel book to Ireland.  She has no idea it's coming.  It's that easy.


Anyway, you know your chick more than we do.  I have no idea what to get her because I don't know if she likes sports, movies, cartoons, books, magazines, whatever.

Get her new performance wear if she likes running or exercise.  Get her a book just outside of her comfort zone if she reads a lot.  Just apply something to what she already does.
