I beat pokemon ruby and when I played this I got my old file and everything in that file only thing that was different was that when I went to a certain location and a game cutscene happened. So can you help me figure out what happened here please.

For some strange reason, both this and Pokémon Ruby share a save file, so any save data you have on one shows up on the other.  I don't know the specifics on why, though.
