Alright, I'll start off with saying I'm new here.  I've read the FAQ and the HELP sections, and I've went through the General Help forums without finding this problem.  I have the SNES Emulator on my computer, but the one game I REALLY want to play won't work (Megaman X).  So I came here, and was really excited to find I can use my controller.  The problem is that I can't set it up.  I know how to set it up on the emulator because I have it myself, the problem is that the onscreen cursor won't register with my cursor.  When I move my cursor on the screen, it should sync with the big orange one, but it won't.  I can use the arrows to navigate to configure the controller, but I can't select Set Up because my mouse won't click anything.  It's really bumming me out, and I won't be able to play as well if I have to use the keyboard.  Has anybody else encountered this problem and found a solution?

Usually you'll have to go to fullscreen for the cursor to work.
