Well the site isn't all flash, but just the header and menu

Still needs some work on the clouds (those were a pain to do) but the clouds appear as if they are comming at you. Also if you look close enough, you can see the reflection of the clouds in the water. Also the water falling from the hands forms ripples in the water that it lands in.

The preloader is a interesting. At first you'll see an all vector version of the logo (this is their official logo) and than after the flash has had enough time to load, it'lll go to the logo which contains some photoshop graphics. The grass and clouds I drew in photoshop.

Everything on this website is completely made by me, and I am very honored to be able to design an official logo for my church. For the logo, as you can see, the hands form the V in "River" and the water falling from the hands form the i in "Life".

Also, if you right click the flash logo and choose back, you can see vector version of the logo.

I've already put 20+ hours into this and still got a little work left on the design and I of course dont have any pages up but just give me some feedback and possible idea's for this

Afew things which you probly know..
Water needs to fall faster.. and ripples shoudl be a little faster. This might be slow by your will, so you can see the i.

The links have got cool effects, they should have fade out effects though.

I think its good the way it is. The thing is if you speed up the rate of the water falling and the ripples, you won't be able to see the "i". That's why I would just leave it. I also like bigbob's idea of having fade out effects for the buttons

Yeah the i falls slow for a reason.

As for the fade out of the buttons, I was thinking that too, except it'll require a complete rework and recoding of the buttons but I think the enhancement will be worth the time so that'll be something I'll work on.

Just looking at the clouds makes me sigh in relief because I spent so much time on making those clouds, I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to pull it off at one point lol, but it was 5 hours well spent

You could maybe make the i fall fast, then slow for a second or two as it enters the water. Slowing the ripple aswell, but then it speeds up (as well as the ripple)

Maybe even a constant stream for about 2 seconds, followed by a small dot.

I made the changes to the menu items as you guys suggested, it now fades out

I also changed the background of teh content area and the main background and also worked on the flash header a little by giving it a preloader.
