Ahh, so I've been using LMDE and I accidentally used an image from a hard drive that doesn't automount (I added it to fstab but the drive doesn't spin up at boot for some reason) so one day I logged in and saw this as the background. I was pleasantly surprised by it's simplicity and left it like that. I'm using xfce as the window manager here, but lately I've been using wmii more often. I just wasn't doing anything of interest at the moment I took this, and xfce is a bit simpler for regular browsing.
