For some reason i really wanted to make one of these even if i knew it wouldn't get much attention

First off lets get a basic over view on beartic
STATS
HP: 95 Pretty good base HP not the worst but pretty good
Attack: 110 Good attack not awesome or great but good none the less
Defense: 80 Not bad could be worst
Sp.Atk: 70 Pretty bad ;/
Sp.Def: 80 Not bad could be worst
Speed: 50 One word...horrible
All in all he has no really bad stats except lack luster speed

Abilities
Snow cloak it can be pretty helpful and rage inducing if lucky enough
Swift swim it helps take away his speed problems but not by much
Over view
Beartic isnt awful or that bad he's just out classed by mamoswine,glaceon,ect
but he's not thrown out completely with all around decent stats access to focus punch sword dance bulk up and swift swim he can do some work

Bulk dat a** up(defensive bear) EVs: 150 HP / 50 Atk / 58 Def / 252 SDef
Nature:Careful,Impish,adamant
Item:left overs/chesto berry/lum berry
Ability: Snow cloak
- Bulk Up
- Icicle Crash/Avalanche/ice punch/
- Rest
- Substitute
The basic idea is to bulk up rest and then sub up and have a very sturdy sub any

For fun special set
Nature:Modest EVs: 150 HP / 58 Def / 252 SAtk / 50 SDef
Item:Life orb/choice spects/damp rock
Ability: Swift swim
- Surf
- Blizzard
- Focus Blast
- Grass Knot/rain dance
A just for fun set not really competive but can be used

All out offense
Nature:Jolly/Adamant EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Item:life orb/damp rock/Choice band
Ability: Swift swim
- Icicle Crash/ice punch
- Superpower/Brick Break
- Swords Dance/Rain dance/bulldoze
- Stone Edge
The basic set i guess kinda plain but effective

Mixed bear
Nature:Brave/Quiet EVs: 22 HP / 236 Atk / 252 SAtk
Item:Life orb
Ability:Either
- Blizzard/icicle crash
- Night Slash
- Focus Blast/Super power
- Stone Edge/Surf

Sub Bulk up puncher
Nature:Brave EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Def
Item:Left overs/Lum berry/charti berry/chople berry
Ability:Either
- Bulk Up
- Focus Punch
- Icicle Crash
- Substitute
AS the name implies sub,bulk up and PUNCH!!! anyway the reason for brave is cause when your slow and go last you can almost always pull off a successful focus punch

Other options
Beartic could pull off a really annoying set of roar sub toxic with snow cloak rather nicely being more mixed bulky then glaceon which already uses that set return or thrash could be used but with their very small coverage kinda take away from their really high power

Opinion
Not a bad poke really but out classed mamoswine is faster and stronger so is weavile and glaceon how ever beartic has more mixed bulk then all them and take psyical and special hits rather easily(if he's a bulky build) how ever he is still weak to SR and a bad defensive typing ruin that

Checks and counters
Gigalith with its massive defense and attack can wall and destroy beartic quite nicely machamp does as well anything with a decent attack can kill beartic with a super effective move sadly
