A rip off? I think it's rather creative of the developers. They're just putting qualities into a game that didn't' originally support it. Dealing with the resulting consequences is a challenge in terms of programming.

I would really only consider it a rip off if some street vendor was trying to sell it, and it probably isn't their own game.

Yeah, I've seen this game before. To those that don't know, this is a bootleg game made to try and trick people into buying what appears to be a legit Pokemon game.

To be fair...

This game is not pokemon, and one could clearly see that if they have knowledge of every pokemon in existance.

That said, I've yet to play it because it doesn't really interest me, and I can now see that was a smart move on my part.
