As of now, you can't on Vizzed, but if you have an emulator that supports netplay then you can usually find the info from a web search. You'll have to be connected with someone's computer by exchanging IP addresses.

Anyway, no, as of right now, the Vizzed RGR Plug-in isn't able to have online netplay with other RGR users.

If anything, you should check your green chat bar on the bottom of the screen and talk to someone who wants to play with you and use the optional game feature there. It's no RGR, but it's something.

Don't be discouraged though. Netplay is one of the features Davideo7 is planning on incorporating in future updates of the plugin. It just takes time and money to do so. But eventually. I believe that is a feature on the top of the list for future features.
