There's always vocab and such. Also, one time I had to memorize the Ten Commandments perfectly in Theology (completely word for word). That one was difficult, and involved a lot of last minute practice. Most recently, I had to memorize the Padre Nuestro (Spanish for Our Father). I don't like standing up and reciting long speeches like that, so I was glad when that was over.
