Well as everyone knows the internet is a series of tubes.. the smaller ones all running through the bigger ones. AT&T going down or running out of bandwidth is a problem because they are a main part of the backbone of the internet, meaning a lot of all data runs through it on the way elsewhere. So even if your not a subscriber to say... At&T there still will be problems.
Now I'm not worried about the internet running out of bandwidth. Necessity is the mother of all invention and if we have to cut back to just plain text there is no way we could run out of bandwidth.
