I'm not answering your question but  Initial D is awesome I read the manga,played 4of  there arcade port one is  full motion ,seen there anime,watch 2 films from them and had one Initial D collectible card.

  Moutain racing is dangerous at night  you have minimal vision of what ahead of you.Less lighting,nocturnal animals on the streets,Narrow roads,unexpecting oncoming  vehicles .unusual weather,slippery pavement.
The dangers of Streets Racing at night are pedestrians,debris,cops patrolling more at night then the day,traffics,bright lights,road works floods,fogs, rain i dont think anyone have the brain to  race on snow.Ahaha i would never spends millions of dollars customizing  and tuning my car then wreaking it later it just isn't worth it haha.

And a friend I know in Canada race once.  It was a drag racing event that had over 1000 thousand of crowds. He drove a BMW and won 600$ and said the race wasn't much of a big deal plus the cops was there but they don't care about Drag Racing   .They rather sit and watch something exciting the crimes is a all time low there.lol

It's such a pain to hear them race after midnight !There engines are loud enough to wake the peaceful neighborhood I don't even like to drive to the store at night and get confronted by one afterward. They approaches you at the light and start the music to get your attention .So someone i know decided i should play some oldies just to scare them off haahha.
