I was watching this Dubbed anime show the other day and I'm now trying to find it to watch the rest of the episodes only I cant remember what it is called so I thought I'd ask you guys on here to see if you knew what it was called. All I remember from the show was it was about a teenage boy and girl who were entering a school which has a contest at the beginning? Of the year were students pick up little balls I think and who ever gets certain colors joins the student council I think and I think the boy got president and the girl vice  and that's about all I remember
