I just want to see what every one's opinion on who the worst band/singer or group of all time is.

For me, it has to be Insane Clown Posse. Their music is terrible. Their message is terrible. By the way, did I mention that juggalos, or the fans of ICP, are now considered a GANG in the FBI database because of how much crime they caused.

My runner up would be Skrillex, but it's a very distant 2nd. 

I don't like Rush. At all. They can go back to Canada with their terrible music for all I care...

Creed, Miley Cyrus, and every other Disney star are all very bad. I'm not even going to mention the other two obvious ones...

LMFAO. The music is so jarring to my ears. You know the the feeling you get when someone walks into a bus with their music player of choice on the highest volume? That's what this group's music is like. All the groups people love to hate at least have the decency to go down the obnoxious volume. This group knows no bounds in how obnoxious they are.

I have heard plenty of awful music, but this group's singles anger me more than Twilight haters mentioning Twilight everytime vampires are mentioned. The feeling that any idea of how to create music that has flow of any kind is the biggest problem I have with the music. Using the same bass sound clip for an entire song is not minimalism. It's ignoring how to use less sound clips without sounding like Stallaggh decided to make 8-bit versions of their extreme noise music.

The worst band/singer/group of all time is probably the band/singer/group that has the talent but never pursues it. Even the musicians that many of us typically do not like should at least be respected (usually) for not giving up and getting a record deal or just releasing their music independently. 

With that said, I'd probably say that a group like ICP probably has such a bad influence that I'd be pretty comfortable calling them the worst or among the worst. However, there is a charm to that. They fill a certain hole that many groups may only dream (nightmare!) to fill. Their producer is actually quite good and I bet they'd be more hated without him. 

I guess what I'm saying is that no musician can really be called the worst of all time. Someone must have liked them enough to have given them a chance, a recommendation, advice, fan(s), and what have you. Sure, certain musicians are more talented than others, but is there really a way to quantify that objectively? You can say that a song's complexity makes it better than a simpler tune, but then if that's the case, wouldn't we all be hardcore classical music or serialism heads? No one song or band is all-encompassing. Each one satisfies a certain emotion or yearning. Music that speaks to me may not necessarily speak to you and vice versa. I find that very beautiful.

Skrillex. I refuse to list things like Bieber, and Rebecca Black, because that isn't music. It's death.

I have to say ICP as well. They have awful music. They are a f***ing gang. They say the worst stuff and are just insane in an awful way. They also pretty much f*** up everything they are involved in.

Lady Gaga is up on that list of bad for me. It just dives me nuts because she actually has a voice, but most of her songs annoy the crap out of me. It seems over half the songs have portions of her singing gibberish. Heck, if all it takes to make hit songs is to put in gibberish every time you can't think of things to put in, sign me up for that career. I don't know how she is as big as she is right now.

In my opinion there are three females and two males all tied for first place.  The three females are Kesha, Niki Minaj, and Willow Smith.  All three of them do nothing but talk in their songs. None of them have any talent, and I speculate the only reason they got to the top is by sleeping around (Niki and Kesha) and because of their parents (Willow).

As for the two males Pit Bull and Soulja Boy just tick me off. I've done my rant about rap in other thread so let's just leave it with this: they're crappy rappers who write crappy lyrics and rap to a crappy beat.
