Thankfully though, I have cut out all Soda from my diet. You just don't realize how many empty calories are in that stuff. I lost like 10 pounds in 2 weeks just by cutting that stuff out of my diet. I am very happy I did it, and I don't miss pop one bit. I might have a little from time to time, but it will only be a once in awhile occasion
